Since New Media Research (NMR) was founded in 1992 we have been at the cutting edge of media technology, helping companies to work better, faster and more efficiently. We have a deep understanding of complex media workflows and the high performance technology requirements that support them.

We offer a range of technical support contracts, with SLAs and KPIs as standard and extended coverage options available on request. To gain the most out of the technology we deploy, we provide bespoke pre-sales and post-sales training, to ensure a high level of in-house knowledge for first line support and escalation to 2nd line support.
